14-Day Return Period

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange. After 14 days, we are unable to offer a full refund.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (such as a receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customised or special order products (e.g. jerseys, shirts, shorts, etc.) with player details on them.
  • Products where packaging has been damaged or defected and no longer in saleable condition.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (and if approved), your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Sale or Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items are non-refundable.
