Meeting Opened 11.45am

All positions on the Committee were declared open and Mark Bowman presided as Chairperson for the meeting.  Nominations for the Committee Positions were heard from interested parties.

Nominations

President : Nominations received for Gordon Young and Ron Hughes.  Ron withdrew his nomination.  Gordon voted in as President. Moved by Ron Hughes and seconded Tony Downes.  Gordon accepted.

Vice President: Nominations received for Ron Hughes. Moved by Anne Bowman and seconded  by Ron Bilton.  Ron accepted the position of Vice President

Secretary – Nominations received for Kathy Downes.  Moved by Tony Downes and seconded by Anne Bowman.  Kathy accepted the position of Secretary.

Treasurer – Nominations received for Anne Bowman.  Moved by Tony Downes, seconded by Ron Bilton.  Anne accepted.

Ron Bilton has kindly agreed to continue being the Club’s Auditor for the 2007/08 Auditor.

Treasurer’s Report – The report could not be held due to the book’s currently being audited.  A summary was provided of bank balance and outgoings.

• Banking Signatories need to be updated with the new occupants on the Committee
• Junior Development plan
• Club motivation and Membership Drive
• Club Registrations in 2008
• New Season Dates (IHQ)
• Ice Time – Ron Bilton to action
• A new Poll needs to be placed on the Blogspot – Pros and Cons to be discussed urgently and published to the Blogspot for voting.
